How it works

Step 1

Request your quote. Contact us at quotes@valleyhaus.ca with the basic details of your project: the site address, lot plan, target mix of models and your desired delivery window. We run a quick feasibility review for zoning and footprint fit, then prepare a fixed‑price quote that outlines module counts, delivery schedule, volume‑tier pricing and what is included in our scope. You will have the quote in five business days.

Step 2

Formal commitment. To reserve factory capacity, return either a signed contract or a purchase order referencing the quote. A ten‑percent deposit is due on signing, with the balance payable on Net‑30 terms starting from the delivery date. This commitment locks your project into the production calendar and reserves materials at today’s pricing.

Step 3

Production slot and schedule. Once the paperwork is in, our planning team issues a detailed timeline showing fabrication start, completion, and the exact crane‑set date. You will also receive milestone updates and a single point of contact who can answer schedule or design questions as we progress.

Step 4

Site readiness. While we are building the modules, your crew prepares the lot. This includes pouring the foundation to the Valleyhaus anchor specification, running utilities to the preset stub‑out locations, compacting a crane pad and ensuring clear access for a fifty‑three‑foot trailer. We supply a checklist and telephone support so your team knows exactly what must be ready before the trucks arrive.

Step 5

Delivery and rigging. On the agreed date we transport the finished modules to site. The standard service includes our crane and rigging crew, who lift each volumetric unit, bolt it in place and weather‑seal the stack the same day. If you prefer to use your own crane operator, we can stage the wrapped modules on site and provide lift plans, rigging points and on‑call assistance while your team performs the set.

Step 6

Post‑set wrap‑up. After the modules are in place, your trades complete final utility connections, exterior cladding transitions and interior touch‑ups. We then conduct a quality‑assurance walk‑through, deliver the occupancy package with as‑built drawings and manuals, and activate the warranty. With the project closed out, you can move directly to marketing or occupancy while we stand ready for your next order.
