Precision-built factory houses can be craned into place in hours. Our fully finished modules will reduce build time, waste, and on-site labor - so you can deliver more homes, faster.
Building Homes. Building Partnerships.
Valleyhaus is a new startup in Kitchener, Ontario, with one goal: deliver affordable, high-quality houses at scale using factory automation and mass timber. We’re at the very beginning of this journey. We are assembling our team, refining our designs, and preparing to launch our first projects.
Canada needs 1.5 million more homes by 2030, and traditional construction can’t get us there. We can’t do this alone. We’re looking for partners who share our vision.

Developers & Builders – Let’s build pilot projects together.
Municipalities – Collaborate with us to meet urgent housing needs.
Investors – Help us build the first automated factory line.
High Quality.
Although our homes cost less to build, we refuse to cut corners on quality. Every Valleyhaus model will come standard with premium features. Including durable standing‑seam steel roofing, dense hemp‑fiber insulation for superior thermal and acoustic performance, and high‑spec engineered panels that outlast traditional stick framing. By streamlining production in an automated factory, we can reduce labour and material waste, allowing us to reinvest the savings into better components that deliver lower operating costs and a longer‑lived home for your customers.
We lead by example.
Valleyhaus is led by a diverse team of experienced innovators who understand both the urgency and the opportunity in today’s housing market. We're not just building homes differently; we're building a better supply chain. Our automated process reduces waste, shortens build times, and delivers higher-quality results at lower cost. The result? Durable, code-compliant homes that help you build faster, meet demand, and hit your margins—without sacrificing quality or sustainability.
